Hey guys!
For the last few weeks, I've been hinting at a big, upcoming event! Well, tonight, on the longest night of the year, it's finally time to make the big announcement. This coming February (from the 20th through the 22nd), 8th Street Ale House, Storm Bunny Studios, and New Holland Brewery are hosting a weekend of gaming, beer, and more gaming! This 21+ event is going to feature a whole host of games; we're going to be running Pathfinder, Numenera, as well as some old school games like 1e, 2e, and even some some playtest encounters from Rhune's upcoming adventure arc, Beyond the Glittering Fane!
Morever, on Saturday night (the 21st), we're going to run a three table super dungeon called To Drink Dragon's Milk, an adventure that pits three tables of six 9th level mythic heroes against some very dangerous draconic foes - mapped out exclusively with Dwarven Forge terrain.
We've been planning this event for a while now and the awesome folks at 8th Street have provided us with the use of their banquet hall for the whole weekend! The event will run from 4 PM Friday until 1:30 AM (bar time), from 11 AM until 1:30 AM Saturday (bar time), and from 11 AM until 5 PM on Sunday. We're going to limit tickets ($25 for the weekend) to the first 60 people, and we're currently talking to local hotels about getting attendees discounted rates (we'll anounce who we're partnering with in January, when registration officially opens).
We're plan to open registration officially on January 15th, so if you're in the local area or are planning on being in Wisconsin in February, you should definitely consider coming out and playing some games with us, and of course, drinking some of the finest beer you can get your hands on!
